B.R.A.N. Trip to KC

This trip was very unique and I'm glad we went through with it. 

On Thursday March 12th, the same day we were due to leave for our trip, we got word from the University that classes were cancelled as of further notice due to COVID-19. After much delegation, we decided to move forward with our trip, but take our theme in a different direction : Road trip during a pandemic.

I enjoyed most of what became of the trip, like going to the Main Event Arcade and eating at restaurants local to Kansas City that you can't get anywhere close to Lincoln, but there were parts that were less enjoyable due to the pandemic, like downtown Kansas City, which was very empty and we didn't do much besides walking around, and also I don't think we did as much as we wanted to since places were shutdown.

Overall, it was good to get out of Lincoln for a few days and take it easy one last time before the pandemic confined us to our homes.
