District

Asking around to locals one of the places that seemed to be a must to visit was the Power and Light District since typically it's busy with many stores, cafe's, and restaurants around. Upon visiting on a late Friday afternoon we only saw a few people and a lot of store fronts were closed. March Madness would have been in full swing if the tournaments wouldn't have been cancelled and many would congregated here to watch. It was also empty due in part to everyone being really nervous about going out and about because of COVID-19.

The Power and Light District has to offer

The Power and Light District is a Kansas City favorite since it is home to many different activities perfect for everyone. Restaurants are very popular including steakhouses, cocktail bars, and cafe's. There is also places to let loose and have some fun with live music and dancing at the multiple clubs in the area. The district is also home to the Sprint Center that attracts crowds for concerts and sporting events.
